OUR  VALUES,

Our struggle and work is built on the following values: obedience, consistency, Integrity, Inclusiveness, Fidelity and Service.
OUR VISION,

The vision of this Movement is to put up change in the government of Uganda hence cohesive, Prosperous and Democratic Uganda all to empowers citizens, adheres to the rule of law, ensures dignity, and provides equal opportunities for all.

Structure and organization

Key players of the movement have not shied away from criticism that the movement lacks structure and policy goals. Without a hierarchy or policy portfolio, ONE MOVE ONE CHANGE MOV’T seeks to unite citizens on current issues rather than on a specific partisan policy, thus making it akin to a populist, big tent or syncretic anti-corruption movement.

Kigundu Stuart, (Mr. Change) as well as other movement members, have an open stance within democracy, influence of the people and the Laws to create change.

One Move One Change Movement is not a political party or political organization for that matter. We're aware that the state is so scared of the people who come together regardless of their political affiliations, regardless of tribe or religion but people who envision an idea of having power back in their hands. And I want to emphasize that every Ugandan has an equal   chance/stake in the idea of One Move One Change Movement all we after democracy and removing dictatorship governments and leaders.
